Ryan Inc. Asphalt Plant Facility told the Deerfield Beach Community Appearance Board in October that they want to "replace equipment" to "minimize airborne sentiment and noise".
You can't sneak an asphalt plant into our community
It is NOT ZONED for it, so why would we allow it?
